Reading magazines like Entrepreneur provides great insights and perspective on how people are being creative. At the same time, it pisses me off, like really, PISSES ME OFF. What do they have that I don’t?!

Point to ponder: What is it about God’s faithfulness that we don’t think is good enough for us?
Q1. In what areas of your life are you trying to figure out God’s promises before figuring out how to be obedient?
Q2. Is your walk of faith a solo journey, or do you let people walk with you?
Q3. How do you see God’s faithfulness in your life today? Are you striving to be obedient to His will in all things?

I am sure we’ve all gotten these newsletters from sites that we go to, and willingly (sometimes unknowingly) signs up to get their newsletter updates in emails. By spam law, all newsletter needs to have a way for recipients to opt out at any given time.
Typical opt out method is to respond with Unsubscribe or some keyword in the subject line so that the sender can take their emails out.
So, you want to unsubscribe yourself. No big deal. But every once in a while, I get these emails from people..
Subject: Unsubscribe
Body: TAKE ME OFF THE LIST NOW!!!
or
Subject: Unsubscribe
Body: YOUR SITE SUCKS MY 14 YR OLD SON CAN’T EVEN CREATE AN ACCOUNT!
Thanks for the feedback, we are working hard on it and trying to do the best we can within the resources we have. And thanks for telling my email bot about how poorly my site served you. But at the same time, it’s like ‘thanks, #$@^ you too! maybe your son is a moron.’
I don’t know how to have sympathy towards some of the users because it’s like they are so defensive, and comes off as me me me me me, I don’t get what I want, I am just going to throw a hissy fit.
Maybe Steve Job is right, can’t let the user tell you what’s best, because they don’t. They just complain.
I appreciate lot of constructive feedbacks from people who dealt or dealing with similar issues daily because I know many people have had great experiences, and compare to them I know only half as much. But when unconstructive comments are coming from people who have taken themselves out of the game or was never in the game and just shouting from the bench, I don’t have kind words for them.
